    • Hi Carl thank you! And yes I love nature and I try to use it the most I can we have amazing gifts from nature. This watercolor painting out of the juice dye from the Dragon fruit and Turmeric was fun to do it and in the same time amazing to see how the beautiful pigments lay on the paper. Btw Carl the fruit has great benefits and taste good is very refreshing try when you find it! And Turmeric is an amazing natural anti inflammatory. Thanks for reading I am always happy when you stopping by! 😉

      • Occasionally I have seen the dragon fruits in the produce sections up here in Canada, but never knew what to expect. Now I am anxious to try one! 🙂

And yes, turmeric I have in the odd East Indian dish, but I must eat it more. Have heard about the natural anti inflammatory. Need something like that after my long runs! 🙂
